Carolann P. Brockman is the owner and founder of CPB Bookkeeping and Accounting, a firm dedicated to providing comprehensive accounting, payroll, and tax services to individuals and small businesses in Southeast Florida. With a deep commitment to financial organization, Carolann offers her clients tailored support through educational videos, in-person consultations, phone consultations, and QuickBooks training.

Before establishing her company 16 years ago, Carolann spent over a decade teaching high school mathematics, a role that honed her analytical skills and attention to detail—qualities she now brings to her bookkeeping practice. As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor certified in QuickBooks Online, she continually enhances her expertise by attending IRS Tax Forums and staying active as a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and the National Association of Tax Preparers.

Carolann’s business philosophy is encapsulated in her personal mission statement: “Never let a business go out of business, by serving and teaching.” She takes great pride in guiding business owners and entrepreneurs to gain a clear understanding of their financials and bookkeeping, adhering to IRS guidelines to ensure proper documentation of expenses and revenue.

A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Learning Disabilities, Carolann is originally from the Florida Keys. She is a devoted mother of three, a passionate Star Trek enthusiast, and has a keen interest in orchids.
