Dr. Joya Ganguly: Electrophysiology

Joya Ganguly, MD, delivers state-of-the-art treatments to patients throughout Dearborn, Detroit, and Southfield, Michigan. At Heart & Vascular Institute, she specializes in electrophysiology. Dr. Ganguly attended Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. She later completed her residency through Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. Early in her medical studies, Dr. Ganguly developed a passion for cardiovascular medicine, which led to fellowships at Detroit Medical Center in cardiology and the University of Utah in clinical cardiac electrophysiology.

Today, she uses her expertise to manage cardiovascular conditions using minimally invasive treatments. At Heart & Vascular Institute, she monitors and operates the device clinic. Dr. Ganguly is skilled in removing or replacing implanted devices. She also performs ablations and manages anti-arrhythmic drugs. Dr. Ganguly makes sure her patients make knowledgeable decisions about their care. Her patients always receive one-on-one attention and ongoing support.
